Welcome to our Career Center! At Change Group Americas, our Human Resources are the most important asset. Our corporate culture promotes a friendly, dynamic and diverse work environment, and we encourage the professional and personal growth of all our employees. Our modus-operandi allows all employees to discover their natural aptitudes and explore them within our Company. At Change Group Americas, you may work with our Clients on-site and off-site, discuss critical issues with leadership, exchange points of view with your team and negotiate with vendors. You will probably even work on multiple projects at once; this, in turn, will afford you the chance to learn from your Colleague Mentor (you'll be assigned a Mentor upon commencing your work with us), as well as from the rest of your Teammates. We receive thousands of resumes a year, but only a select few will make the cut. Some of the specific characteristics of an ideal candidate for Change Group Americas are:
  • The ability to envision and carve out a plan in ambiguous and uncertain situations: Businesses are dynamic and industries are constantly changing. For this reason, the ideal candidate must be flexible enough to understand the ebb and flow of the Client's business, yet structured enough to predict and help to create a path to a defined goal or set of goals.
  • Innovative thinkers: Our team is comprised of individuals who think outside of the box, and consequently, beyond the confines that often are set within disciplines. We need people who can easily and aptly interrelate, correlate and extrapolate from experience and theory to ensure that we are always one step ahead.
