Our Team shares much more than a workspace—we share a vision— for our company and for the success of our clients. We believe in the core values that govern our company and we have embraced a philosophy built around those values: As our Client, you will experience first-hand our Commitment to Excellence. But, it’s not the mundane, average experience that you might expect from a consulting firm. In fact, we make it our business to know your business from top to bottom, inside and out. That way, if you need to call upon us for reasons outside of the scope of what we are hired to do, we can either provide you with answers or point you in the direction of our network of partner firms. Think of us as a dedicated and loyal employee; we are certain that our pledge to you will add value and confidence to the work we present to you and on your behalf. We believe in teamwork, within our organization as well as with our clients and vendors. One of the assumptions behind PULSAR©, our proprietary methodology, is that cooperation generates efficiency and this helps us honor our promise to develop and deliver optimal results. Therefore, there is never one person "who knows it all" at Change Group Americas. That’s why no one in our company owns a client. Decisions are never incidental or reactive, but rather the result of a process that proactively takes advantage of our internal and external resources, as well as our infrastructure and global network, to ensure that our focus is always the Client’s needs. Our work, then, occurs within a framework of leaders who steward the vision of our Clients.
