What kind of experience are you looking for?
We are looking for self-starters who are eager to learn and can think critically; and by self-starters, we mean Candidates who are willing to take risks and move from academia into the real world. So, we expect you have skills that are transferrable and a broad knowledge-base from which you will be induced to extract, utilize and relate to the everyday challenges you will face in our ever-changing work environment. You will be expected to work independently and as a member of a team, depending on the project, and while we offer general training and constant support, we believe that the best training is right in the field. So be prepared to roll up your sleeves and enjoy the experience!
What if I do not have a business background or degree, can I still apply?
Yes, of course! Our job demands a diversity of experiences and points of view. Different backgrounds and areas of expertise are the foundation of our approach. We do insist, however, that all our Candidates possess a four-year college degree.
What should I expect at the interview?
Depending on the position you have elected to apply for, we may do one or more of the following:
- Three-interview Process: During the first interview, you will enjoy a general conversation with your interviewer. The second interview is focused on your specific background and expertise. At the third interview you will be presented with some case studies: you will discuss them with the interviewer(s), draw your conclusions and make recommendations – exactly as if you were already working with us.
- Examination: You may be asked to take a 2-3 hour examination, if your position requires a specific area of knowledge and skill-set. Upon completion of the exam, you will be interviewed by a member of the Executive Team, and your interview may contain elements such as case studies, topics of controversy, etc.
Do you offer internship opportunities?
Currently, we are not offering internship opportunities, but we are planning to roll out our new internship program in the Summer of 2011. Stay tuned!
Will I have to travel?
Travel is a requisite of most positions in our Firm; therefore, you should be prepared to travel locally, domestically and internationally. The frequency and length depends on your position and projects. If you are not willing or cannot travel, you may still be considered for positions within the Administrative Tier of our Company, so we would encourage you to ask us about availability of those positions.
