This Month's Highlights from Points of View

The Points of View shown below are by-rotation opportunities for all members of the firm to voice their opinion.

Christian Visdomini, CEO
“We encourage and expect every member of the firm to make a contribution to a project, a process or an idea.  It is not uncommon to see our most senior colleagues work side-by-side with associates, junior consultants or our administrative staff. Hierarchy here is minimized. The most important thing for us is to bring forward the best ideas for our clients; it does not matter who came up with that idea.  Our reputation is our most valuable asset”.

Christian Visdomini received his education in Siena, Rome and Oxford.  In his academic career he focused in Econometrics, Monetary Economics and Game Theory.  Prior to joining Change Group, he served as a financial economist to various companies.  He worked on Wall Street, headed the market research department of an international company and assumed key-responsibilities in various spin-offs, acquisitions and turn-arounds.  He is presently writing a book about the impact of globalization on free trade.

Anna Pindaro, Accounting Department
“I could never think that accounting would be this dynamic.  Working with different accounting systems and dealing with different regulatory and compliance issues make my job an ever-mutating challenge.  I just love it.”

Ms. Pindaro’s background is Business Management and her expertise spans from accounting to organization and workflow.

Jay Wu, Logistics Division, Director
“The present economy has profoundly changed the dynamic of the market worldwide and the role of freight forwarders.  In the US, for example, exports are high as never before, to the Meds and the Far East.  At Change, my team combines our logistics infrastructure with the consulting resources of the Group; by doing so we help our clients stay competitive. Proposing alternative solutions and intelligently planning the client’s traffic, we minimize the exposure to a market where prices keep going up without control.”

Mr. Wu received his education in Business Administration in Hong Kong as well as the United States.  He offers 17 years of experience in the logistics industry and worked for several years in China and Hong Kong before continuing his career in the USA.  His areas of expertise are operations and strategy.  At Change Group, he heads our NVOCC licensed Logistics Division.
