Corporate Debt Restructuring: after performing a rigorous business review, our team will offer a tailored plan to support the debt restructuring or business bankruptcy, whether voluntary or involuntary.  In addition, we will work with financial institutions and groups to identify appropriate refinancing solutions to support a long-term operating plan.
